 Do you have a tax story?
I’ve traveled around the great state of Pennsylvania over the last few years to meet
with administrators and delegates to discuss our tax system and get
their thoughts on ways to improve it. I thought those more closely
affiliated with the industry would be immune to any horrible
experiences. I was mistaken.
I now have an accumulation of experiences from fellow Pennsylvanians that support my
argument that a better system can be, and should be constructed. This
is 2012 !
It’s one thing to get a notice from a tax collector or collection agency from some
prior year saying a tax has has gone unpaid. It’s a whole other
challenge to speak with a human and actually get the problem
resolved. Forgetting that some agree with the Mayans and believe we have
until 12/21 to get our spiritual lives in order, I’ve decided to plow
ahead.
I look forward to sharing some of my stories, but I’m sure there’s some whoppers out
there. So I’m polling the masses…….
